ASM NextGen provides a comprehensive ecosystem of career readiness, industry exposure, certifications, mentoring, and placement preparation to ensure students are industry-ready professionals.
Students undergo regular training programs aimed at improving aptitude, logical reasoning, quantitative ability, verbal ability, and analytical thinking. Through Aptitude Enhancement Programs, Employability Skill Assessments, Quantitative Ability Workshops, and Corporate Readiness Sessions, students are prepared for competitive recruitment processes, assessment centers, and corporate selection rounds. Continuous evaluation and feedback mechanisms help identify individual strengths and areas for improvement.
Recognizing that communication skills play a critical role in career success, ASM conducts extensive training in business communication, presentation skills, public speaking, group discussions, business writing, and interpersonal effectiveness. Activities such as Presentation Competitions, Extempore Sessions, Group Discussion Workshops, Personality Development Programs, and Leadership Development Workshops help students build confidence, professional etiquette, emotional intelligence, and workplace readiness.
Students are provided with regular opportunities to interact with industry leaders through CEO and CXO Talk Series, Guest Lectures, Corporate Conclaves, Management Development Programs, Panel Discussions, Industry Visits, and Seminars. Events featuring senior executives from leading organizations, along with industry-academia collaborations with Microsoft, AWS, SAP, and Automation Anywhere, help students understand current industry trends, employer expectations, and emerging career opportunities.
To improve employability, students are encouraged to pursue industry-recognized certifications in areas such as Business Analytics, SAP, Cloud Computing, Digital Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Supply Chain Management. Through certification programs offered in collaboration with AWS Academy, Microsoft, SAP Learning Initiatives, and Automation Anywhere, students acquire job-ready skills aligned with evolving industry requirements.
Live projects, internships, case study analysis, business simulations, consulting assignments, and experiential learning activities form an integral part of the curriculum. Students participate in Summer Internship Projects, Live Industry Projects, Case Study Competitions, Business Plan Competitions, and consulting assignments with industry partners. These experiences enable students to apply classroom concepts to real business challenges and bridge the gap between academic learning and corporate expectations.
ASM conducts regular Mock Interviews, Resume Building Workshops, LinkedIn Profile Development Sessions, Personal Interview Training, Group Discussion Practice Sessions, Assessment Centre Simulations, and Corporate Aptitude Tests. Pre-Placement Talks, Placement Readiness Programs, and one-on-one mentoring by faculty members, industry experts, and alumni help students prepare effectively for recruitment processes and enhance their confidence during selection rounds.
