In pursuance of the AICTE, UGC guidelines and incompliance with the Provisions of The Anti-Ragging Act,2009(Maharashtra Act No. XXXIII OF 2009) This Ac Prohibits Ragging in educational Institutes in Maharashtra and provides punishments for those who found guilty. The ‘‘Anti-Ragging Committee” is constituted and shall work as per guidelines, Acts.
