Alongside our Chief Guest and Chief Patron, the AARAMBH Induction Program at ASM's NextGen Technical Campus, Talegaon Dabhade was graced by senior leaders of the ASM Group of Institutes. Each of them motivated our new students and shared the group's overall academic experience, giving them a clear picture of the opportunities that lie ahead.

We were honoured to have with us:

🔹 Dr. S B Mathur, Director General, ASM's Institute of International Business & Research

🔹 Dr. Dattatray Balsaraf, Task Force Committee Member and Managing Director, ASM Group of Institutes

🔹 Dr. Lalit Kanore, Principal, ASM CSIT

🔹 Mr. Amin Khan, PRO, ASM Group of Institutes

🔹 Mr. Jamir Mulla, CMO, ASM Group of Institutes

🔸 Dr. Manimala Puri, Group Director, ASM Group of Institutes & Principal, ASM's NextGen Technical Campus

🔸 Dr. Dhananjay Upasani, Dean Academics, ASM's NextGen Technical Campus

🔸 Dr. Ketan Desale, Dean IQAC, ASM's NextGen Technical Campus & Head, Digital Strategy & Outreach, ASM Group

Drawing on their experience across the ASM Group, our leaders urged students to treat college as the foundation of their future, not just a stepping stone.

They encouraged them to:

• Dream big and set clear goals from day one

• Stay curious, keep learning, and never stop upgrading their skills

• Build discipline, consistency, and a positive attitude

• Make full use of the campus ecosystem, from academics to activities, mentors, and industry exposure

• Turn challenges into opportunities and failures into lessons

Their message was simple: the next four years will shape who you become, so make every day count. Success belongs to those who begin with purpose and keep moving forward with determination.

A heartfelt thank you to all our leaders for their guidance and support, and a warm welcome to our new students. Begin. Innovate. Engineer the Future!
